　　2．非谓语形容词使用不当

　　Example:

　　Wrong：她觉得自己的丈夫很私人。

　　Right：她觉得自己的丈夫很自私。

　　The sentence does not make sense with “私人”as the predicate.To express that someone is only concerned for his own interests and does not consider others,one should use “自私”instead of“私人”。

　　Example:

　　Wrong：男要长得好的女朋友，女要文化水平比她高的男朋友。

　　Right：男的要长得好的女朋友，女的要文化水平比她高的男朋友。

　　“男”and“女”generally do not serve as subjects independently.“的”is often placed after them to form a“的”-phrase,i.e.“男的”，“女的”。

　　Example:

　　Wrong：他们离婚的理由是女不喜欢男，男也不喜欢女。

　　Right：他们离婚的，理由是女方不喜欢男方，男方也不喜欢女方。

　　“男”and“女”here are meant to represent the two parties in volved in divorce.Improperly used as the subjects and the objects of the sentence,they should be replaced by“男方”，“女方” or“男的”，“女的”。
